Thank you to all who loaned an ornament or two to the Show committee to decorate the holiday tree at Lake Farmpark! Many thanks also to all who made ornaments especially for this tree - the Felting SIG members, Joyce Fath for angels, stars and button trees, Cindy Kolacz for the knit garland and trees made of woven squares, Jerry Christopher for the "candy canes" and treetop star. And to Cindy Kolacz, Sue Ingrassia, Uarda Taylor, JoEllen Salkin and Laramie McEnaney who turned out to decorate the - surprise! - 8 foot tall tree !!!
Please go see our "WRSW Guild Handmade Holiday Tree" before the end of the year - it's in the classrooms where we often hold our meetings.

HO Ho ho !
There’s a nip in the air and our clocks fell back - we’re getting on towards holiday time!
If still you want to lend an ornament for the Guild’s Holiday Tree at Lake Farmpark, there’s still time! I will be at the Felt SIG on Nov 13 or give me a call - 440-781-2046 (c) - and we’ll arrange a meeting place. Alternatively - come help the Show Committee decorate the tree at 10 am on Tuesday, November 20.
Please put your ornament in a secure (ziploc) bag and identify it as yours by including a piece of paper with your name and phone number.
If you have the time, visit Farmpark after Nov 20 and thru the holidays to view all the holiday trees on display!
Happy Holidays to everyone!
Lake Farmpark has invited WRSW Guild to decorate one of their Christmas trees this year!
I am making a call out for members to bring Christmas Ornaments to the October meeting! We will decorate it in the days before Thanksgiving. If you have a handmade ornament - be it made by you or an ancestor - aand you are willing to part with it for this Christmas season - please bring your ornament(s) to the October meeting. Please put it in a clear plastic bag - put your name and phone number and description of the ornament (color, size, fiber media, media, etc) so it gets returned to you (I will also photograph it).
I will let everyone know the “Tree Decorating” Day when I know …
