Our guild has been invited back again to demonstrate at Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens during the Ohio Mart taking place October 6 – 9.  Western Reserve will have 2 large tables to display our works as well as a peg board where we can hang scarves and towels. Since the space in the demonstration area is somewhat limited, it would be best to have 2 people demonstrating at each shift.  The shifts are 10:00-1:30 and 1:30 – 5:00 and until 4:00 on Sunday (0f course, there is flexibility).  All those demonstrating will be allowed free access to the Ohio Mart shopping area and gardens before and or after their shifts.
Free volunteer parking is down the street (Portage Path) from the Hall and a shuttle runs frequently to transport you to the hall.  I am purchasing a pass so that I can park on the grounds and will be happy to drive anyone who wishes to go with me.
I have forms to fill out for the volunteers which are needed for free access to the grounds.
Please email me at jrhorwich@gmail.com or text me 216-536-5242 if you are available to help.
The dates again are 10/6-9.   Thurs, Fri, Sat, and Sun.
Also I am looking for items to display on our tables and on the wall behind us.  I will bring sign up sheets and forms to the next guild meeting – Sept 27.  I can also collect your display items at that time.
Thanks
Joan Horwich
