Our program will feature
SANDY SHELENBERGER
Join artist Sandy Shelenberger for a presentation on her Creative Journey. Sandy will share her textile art, inspirations and surface design processes; such as shibori, airbrushing, fabric dyeing, screenprinting and encaustic. Her inspirations include a recent trip to Kenya where she spent time with the Nanyuki spinners and weavers. Sandy’s purpose in sharing her art is to embolden and encourage people to connect to their own creative process and follow their passion.
A business meeting will follow and will include a report from the Nominating Committee on the slate of officers for next year. Voting will occur at the October meeting.
