Knitters’ Getaway 2025!
The Northcoast Knitting Guild’s Knitters’ Getaway 2025 will feature beautiful surroundings, the chance to learn skills and tricks to make your knitting more successful, and the company of like-minded fellow participants.
Highlights:
- Location: Maumee Bay Lodge and Conference Center, a roughly 2-hour drive from the east side of Cleveland.
- Schedule: First weekend in April, 2025. Consider coming early on Friday, April 4 to settle and socialize.
- Classes: Everyone will have the opportunity to take three classes: two on Saturday and one on Sunday.
- Amenities: Fireplaces, cozy lounges, scenic trails, a nature center, indoor pool, great restaurant, dedicated group gathering place and more.
- Marketplace: Cast-On Yarn Studio and local dyer Tina’s Twisted Fibers are bringing goodies

Once registered, should you need to cancel before March 1, you will receive a 50 percent refund unless we can fill your spot. After March 1, we can only give you a refund if we can fill your spot.
Lodging
If scheduling from the lodge’s website, click the Special Codes or Rates link which appears under your check-out date on the Select a Room page. Click on the arrow beside Promo Code and select Group Code and enter code 10C4YM to receive the getaway rate. On the website, the code will only work for a double-queen lake view room. If you need something else (such as ADA accessibility or a king room) use the phone number above to call the reservation line.

- “Fiber Loving Friends” – If you love fiber crafts, but aren’t a knitter, or don’t care to take classes. Saturday and Sunday, no classes, all meals, Knitter’s Lounge, goodie bag, door prizes. Cost $275
