Susan Powers, a professor in Fashion Design at Ursuline College, will give a presentation about clothing and accessories from the 1950’s, featuring “1947 The New Look”, casual play outfits, and suits for shopping, among other things. She will also bring four models to wear the items: two of her students, Anna and Hannah; her daughter, Cassie; and her sister-in-law. The outfits, shoes, hats and gloves are from her personal collection of heritage clothing.
